Euphony gardens is a Singapore private condominium with a 99 year leasehold tenure. The project sits in the middle of Sembawang Road, near the vicinity of Yishun town. Notable amenities close to the area includes the Sembawang Country Club, Northpoint shopping centre, Yishun Stadium, Lower Seletar Reservoir Park and Yishun Safra club. It takes approximately 20 minutes for a car owner to drive from home at Euphony Gardens to Orchard Road and the CBD area.

Schools within 2 kilometers radius of the project includes Jiemin Primary School, Peiying Primary School, Ahmad Ibrahim Primary School and Yishun Primary school. The project is also of convenient distance to a few military camps such as the Sembawang airbase and Khatib Camp. The proximity to the Sembawang airbase usually raises concerns about the noise disturbance from training helicopters.

Euphony Gardens was issued the temporary occupation permit in November 2002 and was legally completed in November 2005. However, it is important for interested parties to note that the 99 year leasehold begins from 1998. That means to say that the effective remaining leasehold is 85 years.

According to data provided by the Singapore Real Estate Exchange, the latest average per square feet price at Euphony Gardens is $697 for the month of June.
