I have heard this from many of my friends and students and colleagues. Here’s something i have learned about LUCK. If you understand the concept behind, you should be able to build your luck, and have better control over your own destiny.
LUCK stands for: Location, Understanding, Connections, Knowledge
Location: You must know how to be at the right place at the right time
Understanding: You must understand your reason of being at the right place, at the right time. If not, you will not know how to react even if you are at the right place, at the right time.
Connections: It’s who you know that matters.
Knowledge: Having the right skills.
